Reservations
Reservation are made by e-mail or telephone. By return e-mail we let you know if the desired accommodation is available in the period you asked for. You can make your reservation final by returning the signed rental contract and transfering a deposit of 50 % to our bank account (gîte/B&B). The remaining amount is to be paid on arrival.
Cancel
If you unexpectedly have to cancel your reservation, we apply the following conditions:
a. when you cancel before the 42nd day (excl.) before the day of arrival: 25% of the rental price.
b. when you cancel from the 42nd day (incl.) before the day of arrival: 35% of the rental price.
c. when you cancel from the 28th day (incl.) before the day of arrival: 40% of the rental price.
d. when you cancel from the 21st day (incl.) before the day of arrival: 50% of the rental price.
e. when you cancel from the 14th day (incl.) before the day of arrival: 75% of the rental price.
f. when you cancel from the 5th day (incl.) before the day of arrival: 90% of the rental price.
g. when you cancel on the day of arrival or later: the total rental price.
